Calvert Rejuvenations is the perfect place to gather friends to celebrate a birthday or milestone, for a bridal or baby shower, a reunion, or just a temporary escape from your daily demands. Get the neighborhood moms together for a day out, gather some of the friends you never have time to see, host a club or networking meeting, or book the spa the day before or after your wedding as a “Thank You” to your family and attendees. There are a million reasons to host your party at Calvert Rejuvenations!

And this is your party – want to have your nails done? Want to play your own soundtrack throughout the spa? Try us out! We’ll do our best to accommodate any and all requests. We’ve gotten quite good at throwing parties here at Calvert Rejuvenations!

How many people do I need to book a party?

We can accommodate groups of up to 15 guests for parties at Calvert Rejuvenations. Parties of any size will have use of the Oasis. In most cases where there are more than 5 guests attending the party, the whole spa will be closed for regular business and reserved entirely for your group. Do you have a small group you’d like to bring and want the Oasis all to yourselves? Just let us know – we can make it happen. This is your party, and we want to indulge you!

Which services will be offered in a spa party package?

Party planners have our entire menu of services at their disposal. We want you and your guests to have a great time in our treatment rooms, but we also want you to enjoy time together, so it’s important that you work with a coordinator at the spa to consider the number and length of services offered and how they fit into the total duration of your event. Party scheduling includes plenty of time for your guests to enjoy their desired treatments and additional time at the beginning and end of services for you and your friends to gather together, enjoy lunch, exchange gifts, or anything else you have in mind!

How much will a party cost?

Cost of your party is determined by the regular price of the services you choose plus standard 20% gratuity added to the bill for convenience. There is a 15% Group Service Fee that covers coordination, snacks, champagne, gift-bags, a retail voucher for each guest, and other fun perks. Party pricing is up front and settled in advance of the party, and is included in the Party Contract. Lunch or meal expenses are added to the final bill at zero markup. For less than the price of renting a restrictive venue with limited options, all your guests will have a comfortable, intimate space in which to gather and enjoy world‐class spa services, plus we’ll bring lunch (or brunch, or dinner, or dessert!) to you. We’ll even provide gift cards and goodie bags to your guests!

I’m ready to book my party! Now what do I do?

Call us! First we’ll work together to find the perfect date and time for your gathering. The next step is finding the right mix of services for you and your guests, and we’ll put together a schedule of events, to include any food or beverage requests. And finally, there’ll be a final price quote and finished contract that we’ll both sign. A 20% deposit (refundable within 48 hours) will be collected at the time of signing, and the non‐refundable balance will be due no later than 10 days prior to the event.
