“First off I want to say that I love your spa!!! I was first introduced to Calvert Rejuvenations earlier this year with a gift card that was given to me for one of your signature facials. When I first arrived all I could say was wow, the decor was just immaculate. I was so excited right when I arrived. I had my appointment with Barbara and it was absolutely fabulous. She asked all about my skin and what I liked and disliked. She was very personable and by the end of the session I was telling her all about my family. I like to have that personable relationship with someone that is “working” on me. At the end of my first session we talked about my trouble areas that I would like taken care of (that was the redness that I have had left over from zits on my face). She recommended that I do the microdermabrasion treatments. Without any hesitation I signed up! Just yesterday I finished my treatments and I just wanted to give high praise for Barbara. She did an excellent job with great results. I get compliments all the time now on how well my skin looks and feels! At each appt she was always asking about family (meaning she remembered where we left off from the previous appointment) and how my face handled the treatments with the before appointment to see if she needed to do anything different or not. “Good afternoon, I wanted to take a moment and share with you the wonderful experience that a friend and I had at your spa. I had a 90 min relaxation facial with Antoinette and my guest had a 90 min. massage with Kimberly. First, we got lost and your staff stayed on the phone until we arrived at your location. Next, we walked into a very relaxed, calm and friendly atmosphere. Both Kimberly and Antoinette introduced themselves and were pleasant and friendly. We had an unusual request; we wanted to be in the same room together and this was a challenge because of the services we requested but they both accommodated us with no hesitation; even though it was a great inconvenience to both of them, they did it with a smile. It was my guest’s first massage but I had many facials in the past so Kimberly was walking him through everything and was very patient with him. Antoinette was great! She was gentle and let me know what she was doing so nothing would come as a surprise. I am a nurse during the day so I am on my feet a lot and the relaxation message was perfect. She massaged all my target areas (feet, shoulders, upper back, neck and arms) and very knowledgeable. I do not often write letters especially ones of praise and gratitude. We have already booked our second session with Antoinette and Kimberly! I even got on the website to vote for best spa in NOVA.
