We are located just off of Elden Street in the quiet, wooded, SugarOak Office Retreat just inside Herndon, about 1 mi. from Reston Town Center, between the Fairfax County and Herndon Parkways.
From the Fairfax County Parkway, head into Herndon on Elden Street Turn Left at the second light, which is Carlisle Drive. Proceed to the very end of Carlisle Drive, into SugarOak Office Retreat and we are directly in front of you.
Spa Policies and Other General Information
To secure your appointment, a credit card or gift certificate number will be required. You may pay for your services on the day of your appointment with cash, check, credit card or gift certificate.
Plan to arrive about 10 minutes before your appointment to allow time to fill out any necessary intake forms, use the restroom and begin to relax! Your appointment is scheduled with a specific therapist whose time is allocated exclusively to you throughout your treatment, therefore a late arrival or start time will lessen the time available to complete your treatment.
Please arrive a bit early to ensure that your session can begin on time.
Business Hours:
Monday–Friday: 10am – 9pm
Saturday: 9am – 7pm
Sunday: 10am – 5pm
Gratuities: Typically, gratuity at a spa is calculated the same way as is commonly done at restaurants, about 20% or more if you feel you received excellent care. Gift certificates do not include gratuity unless noted otherwise.
Running late: Please call ahead if you are running more than 5 minutes late. You will be given as much of your scheduled time as the therapist’s schedule can permit, though treatment times will be shortened as needed.
Cancellations: We understand that occasionally you may have to cancel or reschedule your appointment with us. If you are unable to keep your scheduled appointment it is standard spa policy to give advance notice for all cancellations, as follows:
- Saturday or Sunday cancellations require minimum 48 hours notice.
- Monday through Friday cancellations require minimum 24 hours notice.
- Late cancellations, and ‘no-shows’ will be charged at the full amount of the services scheduled, all services rescheduled with less than 24 hour’s notice are also subject to full billing of the services scheduled.
- If you are sick, please reschedule your appointment in advance in consideration of our therapists and to ensure your maximum enjoyment of your spa experience.
Product Exchange: Products may be exchanged within 14 days of purchase
Forms of Payment: We accept Mastercard, Visa, American Express, Discover, personal checks, traveler’s checks and cash payments.
Will my insurance pay for massage therapy? Health Savings Account or Flexible Spending Accounts can often be used for therapeutic massage! Just get a prescription from your health care provider. We’ll provide you the documentation you need. Use your benefits by the end of the year so you don’t lose them!
