We are located in the SugarOak Office Retreat just inside Herndon. Two blocks from the Fairfax County Parkway and one block from the Herndon/Old Dominion Parkway.
From the Fairfax County Parkway, head into Herndon on Elden Street
Turn Left at the second light, which is Carlisle Drive. Proceed to the end of Carlisle Drive, into SugarOak Office Retreat and we are directly in front of you.
Spa Policies and Other General Information
Appointments:
Being on time to your appointment is greatly appreciated so that you may receive your full service and our other guests aren't inconvenienced. Plan to arrive at least 10 minutes before your appointment to allow time to fill out any necessary intake forms, use the restroom and begin to relax!
To secure your appointment, we may request a credit
card or gift certificate number, however you may pay for your services
on the day of your appointment with cash, check, credit card or gift
certificate.
Running late:
Please call ahead if you are running more than 5 minutes late (if you can do so safely). You will be given as much of your scheduled time as the therapist's schedule can permit, though treatment times will be shortened as needed.
Cancellations:
If you are unable to keep your scheduled appointment please give at least 24 hours advance notice, by phone. The full service will be charged if cancellation or date change occurs with fewer than 24 hours notice, or 48 hours notice for weekend or multiple service appointments.
Gratuities:
Tipping is always left to the discretion of our clients.
Gift certificates do not include gratuity unless noted otherwise. In the event that you wish to leave gratuity, a tip box and envelopes are located at the registration desk.
Product Exchange:
Products may be exchanged within 14 days of purchase
Inclement Weather:
In case inclement weather, please call the office to determine if delayed opening or early closing of the office has been necessary. Cancellation of school does not necessarily coincide with the closing of the office.
